The European Chamber will host the Female Leadership Conference & Cross-industry Mentor Initiative (CIMI) 5-year Anniversary Ceremony on 30th October 2024 in Beijing.

This Conference will feature keynote speeches and panel discussions on advancing gender diversity in leadership, nurturing tomorrow's female leaders, and understanding the new trends in the labour market as they relate to women's contributions to society and the economy.
