In the wake of Circular Economy policies in China, Chemical industry has an unique opportunity to develop and implement techniques, and processes to reduce industrial activities impact on environment. Given the holistic nature of this approach, it involves employees, suppliers, customers, shareholders, industry associations, non-government organizations, governmental bodies and government policy makers and media. Establish cooperation among all the relevant stakeholders is challenging, but an effective implementation of more circular economy features in any society will eventually produce long-standing benefits.
Life-cycle Assessment (LCA) is a technique to assess the environmental impact associated with a product's life, including all the stages from raw material extraction to disposal or recycling.
