The Demonstration Area combines intelligent road infrastructure with intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) to create a comprehensive autonomous driving environment. Autonomous vehicles use applications already in service in the area include passenger transport to and from Daxing Airport, street cleaning, cargo transport and ride hailing.
