Requirement for visitors
● Will not receive visitors with symptoms of COVID (fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea).
● Please wear a mask when visiting and keep social distance.
● Information of visitors will be collected in advance.
● Do not wear high heels, dresses, scarves or any other items that might be entangled.
● Wear personal protective equipment as required by the company safety guidelines.
● No photos during the whole visit.
来访前须知
● 暂时不接待有出现疑似新冠肺炎症状（发热、干咳、乏力、嗅味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛、腹泻）的人员。
● 到访时须佩戴口罩，保持社交距离。
● 来访人员信息提前备案。
● 禁止穿高跟鞋，避免穿裙子或佩戴围巾等可能引发缠绕的物件。
● 按要求穿戴个人防护装备。
● 参观期间严禁拍照。
About seat reservation:
- Member companies will be prioritized if registration reaches the limit.
- Official registration confirmation e-mail will be sent after 2-3 working days once your application has been received as the Chamber need some time to arrange a seat.
- Final Registration Status will be sent after 12:00 pm, 28th February if over 2 members from one company register.

- 在收到了您的报名信息之后，商会还需要些时间来安排席位，并在2-3个工作日之后通知您席位保留的进展。
- 如果会员公司报名人数超过两人，最终报名状态将在2月28日中午12:00后确定。
