Mrs. Francine Hadjisotiriou
Mrs. Francine Hadjisotiriou
Francine Hadjisotiriou is the General Manager of the European Chamber South China Chapter where she manages the Guangzhou and Shenzhen office operations.
She has 30 years’ experience in B to B services of which more than 20 spent in Asia. After working in Tokyo, Japan, for more than three years in the credit-insurance company, she joined the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and established the Nanjing Chapter in early 2004. Two and half years later, she was transferred to the South China chapter to manage and develop the regional chapter by opening the Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices. She also mentors the chapters of Nanjing, Shenyang, Southwest China, Tianjin and the Shandong project. In her role, she is committed to providing effective communication and lobbying channels for EU companies, summarizing the main points of China's current business and market situation for members, and providing analysis of policies and macroeconomic developments.
Mr. Klaus Zenkel
Mr. Klaus Zenkel
Klaus Zenkel is the General Manager at Imedco Technology (Shenzhen) Co.Ltd, a Swiss supplier of medical shielding solutions for the healthcare industry. Born in Germany and graduated in Industrial Engineering. Until the late 80's mainly remained in Germany near his hometown in Erlangen, where he had a position at Siemens Healthcare HQ.
From 1993 to 2006, he was based in Hongkong, Malaysia, Germany and China for several executive management positions within the Siemens Healthcare organization, one of which was Technical Director at Siemens Healthineers facility (SSMR), based in Shenzhen's Hi-Tech Industrial Park.
In 2006, He started and developed from scratch the Shenzhen subsidiary of a Swiss Company, Imedco AG. Imedco is a global player involved in the healthcare industry, manufacturing MRI shielding solutions for hospitals and research institutions.
Involvement at European Chamber South China Chapter board since 2016. As an active board member of the European Chamber South China Chapter, he has held the Chair of the board position since 2021. In the capacity as EU Chamber Vice President supports the member companies and meets with government officials regularly to discuss the current economic and technological issues.
In March 2021, Klaus was elected as a Director of the Board at the Swiss Chamber in South China. He is also a member of the German Chamber in South China.
Mr. Gianluca Giorgi
Mr. Gianluca Giorgi
Mr. Gianluca Giorgi is the Vice Chair of the European Chamber South China Chapter and the CEO of Shenzhen ES Automation Consulting Ltd which focuses on strategic mentors in Robotics and Automation projects. As a Business Innovation and Application Certified Expert in MIT Sloan Blockchain Technologies, he also holds a post as the member of the International Blockchain Council and member in the Information Technology Working Group.
Ms. Joanna Ye
Ms. Joanna Ye
Joanna is a Partner at Forvis Mazars, an international audit, tax and advisory firm established in 1945 with European roots. Nowadays she is leading Audit & Financial Advisory team in Southern China. Grew up in Shenzhen and worked there for 4 years at KPMG, she then joined Forvis Mazars in 2007.
With over 20 years of experience focusing on European enterprises, Joanna has extensive expertise in Sino-European activities as well as the best practices of business operations in China. In addition to development and delivering sizable audit projects across Asia, she is also responsible for cross-border M&A projects in Greater Bay Area. Her areas of expertise include, but not limited to, Manufacturing, Retail and Wholesale, Media & Advertising, and ranging from SMEs to MNCs.
She is fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“FCCA”), a global leading professional accountancy body established in UK in 1904; and was nominated as a member of ACCA Steering Team in Southern China since 2019.
She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the European Chamber of Commerce South China Chapter.

Blandine has over 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry for International Hotel groups worldwide over 5 continents and 11 cities. With 20 years of dedicated experience in Asia, Blandine has led teams in Myanmar, Hong Kong, Thailand and China. She arrived in Shenzhen in January 2016 to open Residence G an International Lifestyle Hotel & Serviced Apartment.
In Residence G, we strive to provide unforgettable experiences, to be recognized and famous for our Human “touch” to Hospitality and our constant drive in all our decisions and actions to bring a sense of community to our guests and associates. We empower the front-line associates to deliver the G Host spirit.
Starting in March 2021, Blandine has been a Board Member of the European Chamber of Commerce in South China. She also serves as the South China Vice Chair of the European Chamber Human Resources Working Group.
Mr. Aaron Finley
Mr. Aaron Finley
Aaron is a Director in Deloitte’s South China Business Development team based in the Guangzhou office. With a diverse network and broad experience in international business, Aaron helps his clients in developing best practices for international business, accounting, taxation, as well as seek investment and development opportunities. Aaron is also supporting the Deloitte’s Greater Bay Area (GBA) Initiative and is leading the development of a hospital collaboration platform so that hospitals around the GBA can better coordinate best practices.
Aaron is a licensed CPA in California and has obtained a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Aaron is a Part-Time Lecturer on International Taxation and PhD Student at the Macau University of Science & Technology.
Aaron is a member of the Board of Governors of AmCham South China and is a member of the board of the European Chamber of Commerce South China Chapter. He is an Advisor to the Guangdong Investment Promotion Association, an expert of the Guangzhou Capital Market Pool, and a contributor to the Guangzhou City Business Environment Study.

Benoit is a French CPA with more than 20 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Tax fields.
He is the founder of Stos Advisory, an accounting firm established in 2017 in Guangzhou and serving European clients in China as well as Chinese companies and international entrepreneurs developing their activities in Europe. This presence on both sides allows to advise clients in a comprehensive way and to provide practical recommendations on various topics (internal control, tax issues, social compliance, cross-border transactions and financing).

Laurent Doucet is a Partner at Roland Berger Greater China. He leads Roland Berger's Asia Insurance practice across Greater China and South East Asia.
Laurent has over 20 years of professional consulting experience with an extensive international background having worked out of Europe, North America and for the last 5 years Asia, where he has been based in Hong Kong. During this time, Laurent has helped clients solve issues related to strategy, transformation, operations, digital, merger & acquisitions, and private equity investments. His track record includes successful assignments for both multinational and local clients in the insurance, retail banking, asset management industries. He is also an expert on digital and operations topics – leading large transformation program for global financial services players, involving significant digital component to achieve top line, customer excellence and efficiency objectives.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Laurent worked for other leading international consulting firms and industrial players in numerous geographies out of Europe and North America.

Mr. Peter He
He has 24 years of work experience in different European companies in Asia. After working for TDK, BP and Total, he joined Covestro Shenzhen in early 2018. He worked in multiple roles in manufacture & supply chain including safety, raw material, logistics, planning, production, quality, facilities reliability, and inventory.
