As the second stop of our 2024 Kaizen Series, the European Chamber is pleased to announce a visit to Philips Respironics Medical Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. on June 19th, 2024 (Wednesday), where members will have the opportunity to exchange practical experiences in continuous improvement. 1. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the factory premises, including the parking area, stairwells, corridors, and restrooms. If you need to smoke, kindly proceed to designated smoking areas or outside the factory.

2. Photography is strictly prohibited during the tour of the production line.

3. Please be informed that the Chamber will provide the following information of registrants to the hosting company: name, company name, department, position.

4. Due to limited parking spaces, we recommend taking public transportation or a taxi to the factory. If you do require a parking space, please inform our staff in advance to confirm availability.

5. Philips Respironics will prepare safety shoe covers for you, and you are also encouraged to bring your own safety shoes. And please wear long pants for your safety.

1. 请注意，工厂厂区内严禁吸烟，包括停车场、楼梯间、过道和洗手间。如果需要吸烟，请前往指定吸烟区域或者工厂外。

2. 生产线参观期间严禁拍照。

3. 请知悉，商会会将报名者的如下信息提供受访工厂备案：姓名、来自哪家企业、任职部门、任职岗位。

4. 由于停车位有限，我们建议您选择乘坐公交车或出租车前往。如果您确实需要停车位，请提前告知工作人员，以便核实是否还有空余位置。

5. 飞利浦公司将为您准备安全鞋套，我们也鼓励您自备安全鞋，同时为了您的个人安全，请务必穿长裤。

About seat reservation 关于席位保留:

- Please be aware that after receiving your registration, the Chamber will need to submit the list for factory approval. You will then be notified by email within 3-4 business days regarding the status of your approval and the progress of seat reservation.

- Please register using your work email, otherwise we may not be able to accept your registration.

- Member companies will be prioritized. 

- Please register before 17th June 2024 COB. 

1. 请知悉，在收到了您的报名信息之后，商会还需要将名单提交给工厂审核，并在3-4个工作日之后，以邮件通知您审核是否通过，以及席位保留的进展。

2. 请使用您的工作邮箱进行报名，否则我们可能无法受理您的注册。
