Middle-level and entry-level employees are often struggling in cross-functional, cross-level or cross-organizational interpersonal networking without entitlement and empowerment. This made them feel belittled and unable to gain the trust of others. Their sense of purpose is not strong. The positioning of their roles is incomplete and inaccurate. When they receive multiple tasks, they have unclear authorities and responsibilities. They are troubled by the lack of decision-making power for many things. They may misunderstand others, which causes that they cannot reasonably resolve conflicts of interest, e.g. gaining benefits and resources for the stakeholders they represent, and unreasonable task scheduling. This training course starts with different organizational structures, and focuses on how middle-level and entry-level employees to exert non-authority influence in functional/weak matrix/virtual organizational structures, to effectively apply versatile skills to build up and develop multi-dimensional relationships with team members, peers, department heads, workers at other functions, high management and externals, so as to eventually achieve pre-defined work objectives, as well as realize organizational performance effectiveness.
在企业中,中基层员工在跨部门跨级别甚至对外的人际关系中,通常会遇到因为无正式任命与授权,而导致的人微言轻,无法获取他人的信任感,自身的目标感不强,对自身角色的定位不完整准确,接到多重任务时权责不清,苦恼于对许多事情无决策权,对他人需求理解有误,无法合理解决利益冲突,不能为自己所代表的利益方获取利益与资源,工作任务的时间安排不合理等各种问题。该培训课程以了解不同的企业组织结构为起点,重点介绍了中基层员工如何在职能型/弱矩阵型//虚拟型的组织结构环境中,发挥个人/无职权影响力,高效地应用多种技能,建立和拓展与团队成员/工作伙伴,部门管理者和执行者,高管层,以及企业外部各方的多维关系,最终达到工作的既定目标,保证企业效能的实现。了解并掌握非职权影响力,祝你知人达己,善用优势,止戈为武真帅才,不战而屈人之兵。
