Given China's move to high-quality economic development and upgrades in consumption and industry, significant opportunities and challenges emerge for Chinese and European enterprises. Amid dynamic shifts in global markets, enhancing exchanges and collaborations between them is crucial.

To this end, the European Chamber South China Chapter is hosting the “European Enterprises Explore Guangzhou” series. This series aims to enhance trust, navigate market changes together, and elevate Sino-European economic ties.

近年来，中国经济正迈向高质量发展阶段，消费升级与产业升级并行，为中欧企业带来了前所未有的合作机遇与挑战。同时，面对海外市场的动态变化，加强中欧企业间的交流与合作显得尤为重要。

为此，中国欧盟商会将举办“欧洲企业走进广州”系列活动。该系列活动旨在通过深度对接与交流，增进双方互信，拓宽合作领域，共同应对市场变革，推动中欧经贸合作迈向新高度。

The first event is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, 2024, we will visit Guangdong PHNIX ECO-ENERGY Solution Ltd., exploring their innovative practices in employee motivation and care.

首场定于2024年8月20日周二举行。我们将走进优秀企业广东芬尼克兹节能设备有限公司，探索他们在员工激励与关怀方面的实践案例。

Employee-led Spin-off Model: Since 2005, to retain capable and entrepreneurial employees, PHNIX developed its own approach to “Employee-led Spin-off Model”, allowing employees to invest in new companies in the value chain. PHNIX initially acts as an angel investor for these new companies. Employees voluntarily invest and elect a capable general manager, sharing the returns from their investment. To date, PHNIX has incubated over 10 companies.

独创的裂变式创业：自2005年起，为留住有能力且又有心创业的员工，芬尼摸索且实践出自己的一套方法：裂变式创业，让员工投钱成为公司的子公司或者上下游公司，芬尼一开始会是新公司的天使客户。让自愿参与的员工，用自己的真金白银选举出德才兼备的总经理，并分享投资带来的收益。目前，芬尼已裂变了超过10家企业。

Childcare and Financial Education: To ensure employees can work with peace of mind, PHNIX established its own Montessori-style kindergarten within their office building. In addition to standard courses, the kindergarten offers classes in conflict resolution and financial literacy, helping children develop self-defense skills and financial acumen. This innovation has not only increased employee satisfaction but also received high praise from clients.

幼儿园里面的打架课和财商课：而为了让员工安心上班，芬尼在办公楼里面设立了自己的幼儿园。幼儿园采用蒙特梭利教育方法，除了基础课程外，还引入“打架课”、财商等课程，培养孩子自卫能力和财富技能。这一创新不仅提升了员工满意度，也赢得了客户的高度认可。

Notice to visitors 来访前须知

1. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the factory premises, including the parking area, stairwells, corridors, and restrooms. If you need to smoke, kindly proceed to designated smoking areas or outside the factory. 请注意，工厂厂区内严禁吸烟，包括停车场、楼梯间、过道和洗手间。如果需要吸烟，请前往指定吸烟区域或者工厂外。

2. Photography is strictly prohibited during the tour of the production line. 生产线参观期间严禁拍照。

3. Please be informed that the Chamber will provide the following information of registrants to the hosting company: name, company name, department, position. 请知悉，商会会将报名者的如下信息提供受访工厂备案：姓名、来自哪家企业、任职部门、任职岗位。

4. Due to limited parking spaces, we recommend taking public transportation or a taxi to the factory. If you do require a parking space, please inform our staff in advance to confirm availability. 由于停车位有限，我们建议您选择乘坐公交车或出租车前往。如果您确实需要停车位，请提前告知工作人员，以便核实是否还有空余位置。

5. Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes for your safety. 请穿着长裤、以及包脚趾的鞋。

About seat reservation 关于席位保留:

1. Please be aware that after receiving your registration, the Chamber will need to submit the list for factory approval. You will then be notified by email within 3-4 business days regarding the status of your approval and the progress of seat reservation. 请知悉，在收到了您的报名信息之后，商会还需要将名单提交给工厂审核，并在3-4个工作日之后，以邮件通知您审核是否通过，以及席位保留的进展。

2. Please register using your work email, otherwise we may not be able to accept your registration. 请使用您的工作邮箱进行报名，否则我们可能无法受理您的注册。

3. Member companies will be prioritized. 席位将优先预留给来自会员公司的人员。

4. Please register before 16th August 2024 COB. 最终报名截止时间：2024年8月16日。
