The Chinese society is changing very rapidly leading to different mindsets of the younger generation. This has to be taken into account when employing the generation of the 80ies and 90ies.
On the other side, former international companies are becoming more and more global. This leads to new requests, expectations and challenges. Therefore global employees have to be trained in global skills and competencies from the start in order to be successful and make a career.

Daniela Fehring has overall 14 years of consulting, training and coaching experience in Asia (PR China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) and Europe (Germany, Switzerland, UK and Czech Republic). She has attained international and intercultural competence through living in Brazil, Switzerland, France, China and Germany. Presently she is working in an international virtual project team on developing global skills with Chinese, Indian, Korean, UK, USA and German colleagues. Ms. Fehring is also the founder of China Partner (
www.china-partner.de).
