The European Chamber is pleased to welcome you to the 4th SME Breakfast Seminar on Changing Your Company Legal Status. This seminar will explore the legal and tax implications of turning a Representative Office into a JV, WFOE, FICE or even closing it down. This event will also provide tips and warning on a number of key aspects that have to be considered before establishing a company in China, anticipating future changes in company status and cessation of activities.

The SME Working Group
The SMEs Working Group offers a platform for European SMEs to network, exchange views and experience, and join efforts to relay their concerns to the Chinese Government. The SMEs Working Group will be event-driven, aiming at providing regular updates and practical information about developments in a Chinese business environment particularly challenging for moderate size operators.
