The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to a lunchtime presentation of the Social and Economic Impact of Private Equity in China – 2012 Survey on Thursday 22nd March, starting from 11.30am at Shanghai Marriott Hotel City Centre.
This is the second edition of the survey from the European Chamber and Bain & Company, following on from the first release in 2009. This effort documents the role that PE investments play in the growth of Chinese companies and how those investments contribute to China’s long-term economic and development goals.
The survey measures and compares the extent to which PE firms transfer management know-how to their portfolio businesses, build globally competitive companies, improve corporate governance, develop an innovative private sector, support development inland, foster domestic consumption and adhere to environmental compliance against both publicly traded peers and the 2009 survey results.
