Afternoon Seminar: Lean Administration – Supporting the Lean value stream

The European Chamber of Commerce in China Shenyang Chapter and STAUFEN Shanghai Consulting Academy Lt., is pleased to invite you to join a seminar and simulation concerning the topic “Lean Administration – Supporting the Lean value stream” on July 29th. Jan Haug “Head of Shenyang Branch” and “Head of Competence Center Lean Development” at Staufen will give insights into the basics of ‘Lean’ in indirect areas. The participants of this seminar will experience through a simulation a typical order fulfilment process and the optimization according to Lean principles.

Indirect areas need to be optimized toward high excellence in the same way as applied in manufacturing. Enormous potentials for improvement can be found at all support functions and cross-functioned processes by applying Lean principles. The goals in indirect areas are likewise similar, such as increasing productivity, reducing lead times, improving quality and developing high performance teams.

Speaker Profile:
Jan Haug – “Head of Shenyang Branch” and “Head of Competence Center Lean Development” at Staufen. Jan graduated with a diploma in Industrial Engineering and is a certified Cost Analyst (VDI). Before joining Staufen.AG in Germany in 2008, he worked at DaimlerChrysler AG and EHEIM GmbH und Co. KG.
Target attendee: General Managers, Department Heads of indirect areas, indirect areas specialists and CIP trainers. As this seminar will feature simulation games the maximum amount of participants is restricted to 20 people.
