Breakfast Seminar Franchising in China - New Regulations and Financial Insight
The Trade and Distribution Working Group of the European Chamber is very pleased to invite you to its Breakfast Seminar on Wednesday 14th March 2007, 8.30am at Capital Club.
This seminar will address: Franchising in China - New Regulations and Financial Insight
The objective of the seminar is to introduce the legal and financial aspects (taxes and related issues) of franchising in China. The legal aspects will include the new regulations on franchising that will come into effect on 1st May 2007.
We are delighted to welcome the following speakers:
Speaker 1: Mr. Dirk Bongers,
PricewaterHouseCoopers. Mr. Bongers will talk about taxes and other related issues to franchising in China.
Speaker 2: Christoph Hezel, Taylor Wessing.
Mr. Hezel will address the legal aspects of setting up a franchise in China. The speaker will give an overview of the new regulations on franchising that will come into effect on 1st May 2007.

Please note that registration starts at 8.10. Persons without prior registration will only be allowed entrance if space permits. The seminar starts at 8.30 and the door will close at 8.40. There will be no admittance after 8.40! Fees will be collected in cash at the entrance.
