Change is the rule of the day, especially in China, and in the coming years much more disruptive and transformational change lies ahead. Despite all the research done on change and transformations in recent decades, a large proportion of change initiatives still fail to deliver. In this 1-day workshop we focus on the key factors that often make change initiatives more challenging than expected: culture, leadership and the need for behavioral change.
