We influence and are influenced by others every day. Whether it is asking your manager to give you time off, persuading your customer to use your product or service, or influence a potential client to close the deal. Influencing others is fundamental to helping us reach our personal and career objectives and get things done. Much research has gone into why some people can successfully influence with seemingly little effort, whereas others find their best efforts frustrated. What are the most effective methods and tools to influence effectively? How do you identify key stakeholders and relative tactical leverage points? This course will give you practical skills that will help you successfully influence others enabling you to play an active role in shaping the environment around you.
