The operation and development of an enterprise is a series of process of solving problems. The effect of solving problems will directly determine the efficiency of an enterprise. Solving problems does not rely solely on experience, let alone on a flash of inspiration to solve, there must be a set of methods that can be replicated. Because in the industrial age, a few "smart people" made decisions and other "robots" followed the instructions. However, in the current era of VUCA, each team member is a "wisdom cloud", far smarter than us, and they need more participation. In the process of solving problems, there is no consensus without participation, no commitment without consensus, no responsibility without commitment, no responsibility without implementation, and no result without implementation.
