Affected by globalization, leadership or communication methods that were effective in a single culture may lose their effectiveness in multiple cultures. Do cross-cultural communicators understand the reasons for the failure of the original approach? What are the costs of improper cross-cultural communication?

走进跨文化差异。受全球化影响,之前在单一文化中非常有效的领导或沟通方式,在多元文化中可能丧失它的有效性。跨文化沟通者是否了解导致原先驾轻就熟的方式失效的原因?跨文化沟通不当的代价有哪些?
