To better understand Shanghai’s enterprise standardisation regulations, the European Chamber is delighted to invite Mr. Kai MENG, Vice Director, Standardisation Division, Shanghai Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau (上海市质量技术监督局标准化处孟凯副处长), to join an open discussion with members and share his insight on the development, applicability and implementation of Shanghai’s enterprise standards. In the era of rapid development and uncertainty, although the leaders have rich professional ability and also have the power given by the organization, they still feel very hard to handle the issues with the young generation of employees (Post-90, Post-00).
