On 26 April 2018, the High People’s Court of Guangdong Province, China’s high-tech heartland, issued the Working Guidelines on the Trial of Standard Essential Patent Disputes (For Trial Implementation) 《关于审理标准必要专利纠纷案件的工作指引(试行)》.
