On December 11th, 2001, China entered World Trade Organisation (WTO) and China market was opening since then. Over the years, China market see lots of companies and corporations around the world explore their business potential and flourish here. While pandemic comes out of sudden which has a significant impact on companies’ supply chain management and its resilience and agility. Sensitive personal information is an important concept under China's Personal Information Protection Law. With the release of the Provisions on the Promoting and Regulating of Cross-border Data Flows, the identification of sensitive personal information is even more relevant to the application of compliance paths for the export of personal information. On 11 June 2024, the National Technical Committee 260 on Cybersecurity of Standardisation Administration of China (the “TC260”) issued the technical document "Cybersecurity Standard Practice Guidelines -Guidelines for Identification of Sensitive Personal Information (Draft for Public Comments), which aims to provide clearer and more specific guidance on the protection of sensitive personal information.

In order to help members better understand the core content of the draft guideline and discuss the identification, handling and protection of sensitive personal information, as well as the compliance requirements involved in the whole life cycle, the European Chamber is honoured to invite Mr. Cai Peng, partner of Zhonglun Law Firm, to share his views on this topic.

Artificial intelligence, especially generative AI, is gradually becoming a new engine for economic development, leading the trend of global technological innovation while reshaping various industries.

China has already published various policies, regulations and standards relating to AI. Most recently, in early July, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission (CAC), National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), and Standardization Administration of China (SAC) jointly issued the National Comprehensive Standardization System for Artificial Intelligence Industry (2024 Edition). MIIT also announced the establishment plan of the AI Standardization Technical Committee, the secretariat of which will be located at the China Academy of Information and Communication Technology, to expedite the formulation of AI standards in support of industry development.

A year ago, on July 13, 2023, a number of Chinese departments jointly issued China's first regulatory document on generative AI, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative AI Services. On the upcoming first anniversary of the release of the Interim Measures, the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is honoured to invite well-known experts, lawyers, consulting institutions and representatives from industries to discuss the current situation, challenges and future trends of the AI industry in depth and conduct a comprehensive analysis of AI development in light of recent developments. We look forward to your participation and work together to draw a more exciting blueprint for the future of the AI industry.

一年前，2023年7月13日，国家网信办、国家发改委、教育部、科技部、工信部、公安部以及广电总局联合发布了中国首份生成式人工智能监管文件——《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》。值此《暂行办法》即将发布一周年之际，中国欧盟商会有幸邀请业界知名专家、律师、咨询机构和中外产业界代表，深入探讨人工智能产业的现状、挑战与未来趋势，结合近期发展，就人工智能产业进行全景分析。期待您的参与，共同为人工智能产业的未来描绘更加精彩的蓝图。

Improvisational Leadership is a leadership training method designed to inspire self and team strength, empowering team members to achieve goals together. Team members are randomly assigned roles in pre-set scenarios in the form of a "scripted murder mystery," where they experience and address various challenges encountered in real work settings. This enhances their individual and team collaboration skills and leadership abilities. Participants will have the opportunity to observe the behavior and reactions of workers in different roles from a first-person or second-person perspective in improvisational scenarios. Through role-swapping, employees can better understand each other's work methods and challenges, thereby increasing mutual understanding and improving overall performance. "Improvisational Leadership" is not just a training program but also an opportunity for deep experience and self-improvement.
