Overcoming unconscious bias is key to build an inclusive team, and it requires team members to have a deep self-awareness, acknowledge unconscious biases, understand the science behind biases and develop mitigation strategies to address them. The 4th Carbon Neutrality Summit-Navigating the Path to Global Net-Zero Supply Chains will be held in Tianjin on 20th September 2024. The Summit has been long recognised as a quality and effective platform to communicate green policy advancement in Europe and China, address businesses' decarbonisation focus and support industries' go-green efforts.
