This workshop is not meant to teach entrepreneurs how to develop strategies, as it is the entrepreneurs themselves who truly understand their own companies! 本工作坊不同于传统的培训,整合GE的“群策群力”和美国CEO圆桌会及私董会模式,以案例深入讨论的形式,采用群体动力方法,解决最常见、最难以解决的实际工作中正在发生的问题或长期困惑,并促使全体学员在换位思考和U型思考的过程中达到互相激发与感悟,学习方法与技能,提升问题解决能力和领导力并能够实际应用案例的目的。
