On March 1st, 2017, Mr. Mao Zhongliang, Deputy Director from the Shanghai Administration for Industry & Commerce Supervision Bureau, gave a speech on “The Devil Lays In Law Enforcement And Practical Guidelines On Compliance For Auto Industry” at the Auto components working group meeting in Shanghai. In his presentation, Mr. Mao introduced the definition and constitutive elements of commercial bribery in law enforcement with cases from different sectors, and Mr. Mao invited industry experts in compliance and Anti-Unfair Competition Law illustrated the importance of compliance management system construction and different effective tools for compliance management. At the end of the seminar, Mr. Mao commented on some cases troubling corporate members, and answered some questions.
