The European Chamber of Commerce welcomes the Constructive team, hosting a series of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops, in an effort to address common areas that are challenging for companies during this time. The Series was created to help teams have difficult conversations, find concrete and shared direction going forward, helping teams get back to enjoyable and effective work life.
This will be the second in a six part series, there is a discounted fee package if purchasing 3 or more workshops, contact yangzhao@europeanchamber.com.cn for more details.

About LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® -
People are natural problem-solvers. Our success as a species is largely down to our ability to notice, to understand and to adapt to the constant changes in our world. When we can undergo this process as a group, the effects are greatly magnified.
Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, teams can approach issues in a new way, giving their thoughts and ideas physical form that is easily shared, understood and reflected upon.
About Constructive.xyz -
Modern business culture often tells us that play is something to be left behind; something that is unproductive and frivolous. The Constructive team believe exactly the opposite. At Constructive the mission is to bring the element of play back into the way we think about ourselves and our work, to uncover true meaning and insight in a complex and rapidly changing world.
