Over the past two and a half years, companies in South China have been dealt a series of hardships stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic that has put additional pressure on them. At the same time, with the development of the COVID-19, people's accustomed working ways and thinking patterns are constantly being subverted, and their concerns and expectations for the workplace are also changing unprecedentedly. For a long time, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as a highly developed economic region in China, has been very attractive to local and international talents. The government has introduced a series of talent policies in the GBA, but these policies are affected by the epidemic and face many challenges.
The European Chamber's HR Working Group plans to join hands with Qianhai International Talent Hub to co-organize the 2022 South China HR Conference, focusing on the challenge shared by companies across the Greater Bay Area: Global Talent Development Strategy in the Post-pandemic Era. Acquiring, managing, adapting, and developing talent is crucial to the success of companies in the GBA. During this conference, our speakers will share how global enterprises are deployed in the GBA, the current situation of talents in the GBA, the hot issues and management trends of human resources in the post-pandemic era, and highlight the latest policies and regulations of the GBA on international talent income tax, which will help you and your company better build a flexible and practical talent strategy and system in the GBA.
The conference will be followed by networking for participants to meet their peers, facilitating the communication between experts and members across South China.
