On 6th July, Mr. Michael Chang, Chair of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Working Group, delivered a keynote speech on 'Cross-border Data Flow: EU Experience and Enlightenment’ at the Global Digital Governance Cooperation Forum, a sub-forum of the Global Digital Economy Conference 2023, organised by China Institute of Information and Communication Technology (CAICT).
